All free-shipped orders ship standard or ground service.
We make every attempt to have the items you need when you order them. There are times when we may not have an item in stock. When this occurs, you may request the item(s) to be shipped from a different warehouse. All drop-shipped items are shipped through UPS. Customer accepts responsibility for all shipping costs that are incurred.
Backordered items ship ground or standard service unless specified otherwise by the customer.
We will make every attempt to ship your order the same day as received. Orders must received by 3:00PM PST.
